Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners to identify new business opportunities and enhance client satisfaction. Conduct in-depth market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify emerging trends, assess potential risks, and inform strategic decision-making. Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments (e.g., risk management, legal, operations) to ensure seamless execution of initiatives and projects. Prepare and present comprehensive reports, analyses, and recommendations to senior management and board members on business performance, strategic direction, and financial outlook. Ensure full compliance with all internal policies, external regulations, and industry best practices. Drive innovation and efficiency within assigned areas, implementing new technologies or processes to enhance productivity and service delivery. Job Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or relevant Master's degree is highly preferred. Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in the banking or financial services industry, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial role. Proven track record of success in managing large portfolios, driving business growth, and achieving strategic objectives. Strong understanding of financial products, markets, regulations, and risk management principles. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
