Responsibilities

Additional Information

Job Requirements Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Nitec, Higher Nitec, Diploma, or equivalent. At least 1 year of administrative experience; experience in the construction industry is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Good document control and filing skills. Familiarity with construction documentation (e.g. quotations, purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices, permits, and project records) is preferred. Experience liaising with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and government agencies (e.g. MOM, BCA, HDB) is an advantage. Responsible, reliable, and able to meet deadlines.
