We are looking for a motivated Fresh Graduate to support our factory's digital transformation initiatives. This role focuses on data analysis, dashboard development, and digital process improvement within manufacturing operations. The candidate will work closely with senior engineers and project leads to develop digital tools, automate reporting, and improve operational visibility. This position offers structured learning exposure in manufacturing analytics, automation, and cross-functional collaboration. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES: Support development of dashboards and automated reports for production KPIs (UPH, OEE, Yield, Downtime). Assist in collecting, cleaning, and validating production data from multiple systems. Support automation of manual reporting processes using Excel, Power Automate, or similar tools. Perform data analysis to identify trends and highlight improvement opportunities. Assist in system testing, documentation, and user training materials for digital tools. Support project tracking activities (update status, follow up on action items). Participate in cross-functional meetings to understand manufacturing requirements. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven methods. REQUIRED: Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
