Senior Maintenance Technician

About the role

Performs a range of complex and technical maintenance tasks to address unique equipment and operational challenges. May oversee daily maintenance operations, ensuring efficient execution of scheduled and unscheduled tasks. Resolves maintenance issues by applying in-depth knowledge and expertise gained through hands-on experience. Responsibilities may include diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, or structural systems, conducting preventative maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Collaborates with internal teams and external stakeholders, such as contractors or vendors, fostering understanding, support, and engagement to maintain and improve facilities and equipment functionality. This role reports to Maintenance & Facility Supervisor. Key role is plant equipment & tooling etc. maintain. Support daily technique problem solving. CERTIFICATIONS: Secondary vocational school degree or above, mechanical etc. background Above 10 years' experience. At least 8 years' maintenance and manufacture company experience. (Must) Can understand basic drawing as mechanical & electric （Must） At least low voltage permit

Requirements

• Basic MS office software Word & Excel &PPT skills.
• Have line building and optimization experience. New machines introduce experience.
• Standardization works and continues improvement, Such as order management/Downtime analysis/ SMED/Spare parts management/TPM follow up etc.
• Systemized work experience in system and management tools, Such as ERP/MES/TPM/MTBF/MTTR/OEE etc.
• Has lead equipment investment and modified project.
• THOSE NECESSARY TO PERFORM THE JOB COMPETENTLY:
• Support EHS improvement and follow the group policy
• Excellent learning ability can quickly understand new knowledge, new technologies.
• Good interpersonal skills, positive and responsible personality, team spirit
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Create maintenance work standard operation procedure and instruction. Including safety /quality and job activity.
• Support production/process/quality team implement corrective activity in daily work
• Leading IQ and support OQ/PQ validation and collection the data documents .
• Maintain tooling with maintenance team together as systemization.
• Join and support necessary project related to production/process/system/VSM
• Support lean production work in plan. Based on Avantor Business System method
• Other duties assigned by manager.
• Can use tool and drawing design software will be plus, AutoCAD/SolidWorks/UG etc.
• AI or robot related experience will plus
• English workable and spoken will be plus.
• Medical and one time using experience must be. Has industry company experience will be plus
