Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Honolulu, HI

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Oversee and monitor implementation of treatment plans to ensure clinical integrity
• Supervise, mentor, and support RBTs, BTs, and ABA Paraprofessionals
• Analyze data regularly to evaluate progress and make informed program adjustments
• Provide parent training to promote generalization and long-term success

• WHAT TO BRING:
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field required
• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB required
• Minimum of two years of experience working with children in behavioral health or special education settings required
• CPR Certification (preferably Red Cross)
• Strong clinical judgment, data analysis, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently under multiple demands
• Fluent in Chinese or Tagalog not required but preferred
