Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities : 1. To work and co-ordinate with design/construction teams for all M&E installation and system requirement matters 2. To attend E&M Co-ordination Meetings and write Minutes of Meeting 3. To co-ordinate with Civil/BIM teams & all SWC for station and viaduct CCSM/SEM drawings and submissions 4. Review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings 5. Manage in-house E&M sub-contractors' work to ensure shop drawing and services are well co-ordinated to suit sequence and installation 6. Supervise and lead an installation team on E&M services installation in construction environment
