Liquid Personnel is recruiting Occupational Therapist for its client's Adult Social Care Team at Oxfordshire. We are seeking a motivated and proactive Locum Occupational Therapist to support Oxford City residents through a focused, short‑term project aimed at reducing the service waiting list. This is an excellent opportunity for an OT who enjoys community‑based assessments and wants to make an immediate impact through a targeted piece of work. What will your responsibilities be? Complete community-based functional assessments with residents across Oxford City. Deliver a focused caseload to support waiting list reduction. Recommend appropriate equipment, adaptations, and interventions based on assessed needs. Maintain concise, accurate documentation. Work collaboratively with the wider Adult Social Care team.
