Additional Information

ABOUT NUMA Hey there! We're Numa, a forward-thinking hospitality brand redefining how people discover cities. We create spaces where simplicity meets innovation, offering thoughtfully designed rooms, studios, and apartments in the heart of Europe's most vibrant neighbourhoods. We're not just transforming the guest experience-we're revolutionizing the hospitality industry from the inside out. Our cutting-edge technology streamlines operations, delivering unparalleled value with no hidden fees-just real, quality experiences. At Numa, we believe that travel should be curious and authentic, and we bring those same values to our work culture. As part of our team, you'll experience a dynamic and supportive environment where creativity thrives, and your contributions make a real impact. We're committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace where every voice is valued, and different perspectives fuel our innovation. ROLE OVERVIEW This is a unique opportunity for an experienced and ambitious Product Manager who wants to have broad ownership and responsibility for the heart of our business: the excellence of our virtual guest experience. As the PM for the Travel Experience domain, you will be responsible for managing the guest-facing journey post booking, from pre-arrival to departure, as well as post-stay experience. This includes managing communications (WhatsApp, Email, Push) and the mobile app besides our web product. You will run two teams with partially overlapping scope and a shared Product Designer, so the role rewards someone who prioritises ruthlessly and keeps both teams moving rather than firefighting. However, excellence is only the baseline. We expect this role to go beyond that and consider how to provide a 10-star-plus experience. WHAT YOU'll ACCOMPLISH Spearhead the discovery, ideation, and launch of innovative hospitality products and features that elevate the guest experience across all touchpoints. With a focus on seamless self-service enablement, personalizations, and other initiatives, you will foster long-term guest loyalty. You are a key player in a highly competent product trio with clear ownership and responsibility for web, mobile app, and WhatsApp-based products - which is split into 2 separate teams with a shared Product Designer. Own the priorities and roadmap across both teams - sequencing work, resolving the overlap between them, and making sure the shared designer's time is spent where it matters most, so neither team stalls. Analyze user feedback, market trends, and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and strategies for product enhancements and new offerings. Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product initiatives, and use data-driven insights to continually optimize the product. Cultivate a deep understanding of the hospitality industry and emerging technologies to ensure that our product offerings remain at the forefront of innovation. Promote a customer-centric approach to product development, ensuring that user needs are exceeded at every stage of the product lifecycle. Foster open communication and alignment between stakeholders, effectively communicating product vision and goals to all involved parties. Exhibit leadership qualities to manage and mentor junior product managers and other team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development. ABOUT YOU We encourage you to apply even if you don't think you meet all of the below criteria. We care most that you are excited about the role and our mission, and are willing to learn. Ideally, you bring: 5+ years of experience as a product manager with an extreme passion and sense for the user's experience and communication. An all-around strong profile: equally credible on the commercial/business side and the analytical side, comfortable owning metrics like activation, retention, and ancillary revenue and connecting them to product decisions. A track record of running more than one team or workstream at once and keeping both moving - you prioritise ruthlessly, sequence work, and stay effective under a broad scope rather than getting overwhelmed by it. Demonstrable experience on end-consumer-focused products instead of pure B2B/SaaS experience. Prior experience or a big passion for the travel or hospitality sector is a plus. A builder's bias to ship: you can point to things that wouldn't exist without you, and you get solutions live and validated quickly. Ability and willingness to dig through quantitative data on our product analytics tools as well as directly in our data warehouse. Having experience in event tracking and its underlying best practices is a clear plus. A concrete, current way of working with AI - prototyping, analysis, or as a thinking partner - and the ability to reason about what data a feature actually needs. Proven experience in product strategy development and road mapping within your
