We are currently looking for a Stakeholder and Communications Manager to join our team in Brisbane. This role is responsible for leading strategic engagement and communications across key projects. This role is critical in ensuring strong stakeholder relationships, protecting project reputation, and delivering clear, proactive communication aligned with project objectives and regulatory requirements. Your key responsibilities will include: Develop and deliver stakeholder engagement and communications strategies aligned to project objectives, contractual requirements, and regulatory standards. Act as the key point of contact for stakeholders and clients, managing communications, building relationships, and ensuring consistent, transparent engagement. Prepare and deliver high-quality communication materials, including plans, briefings, presentations, reports, and digital content for diverse audiences. Proactively identify and manage risks and issues through early engagement, clear communication, and collaboration with project teams and partners. Support and protect the projects reputation by identifying opportunities and working with Corporate Affairs & Marketing on branding and media responses. Represent projects in stakeholder and community forums, while supporting reporting and promoting social impact initiatives across the project lifecycle About you: You are a strategic communicator with strong stakeholder engagement expertise, capable of navigating complex environments and balancing competing priorities. You bring: 7 + years' experience in stakeholder management and communications within large, complex projects Strong ability to influence, advise, and build relationships across diverse stakeholder groups Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing high-level briefing materials A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong risk awareness Experience working with government, community stakeholders, or infrastructure projects (highly regarded)
