About the role

This is a hands-on execution role focused primarily on email marketing, where you will take ownership of building, deploying, and optimising campaigns that engage our global audience of electrical engineers. You will work closely with our in house content specialist, where you will help to adapt, refine and optimise content for email and social audiences. Working closely with the wider marketing team, you will play a key role in our transition to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, taking ownership of day-to-day campaign execution, segmentation, and automation. Alongside email, you will provide l ight-touch support on social media activity (primarily LinkedIn), ensuring consistent visibility of key campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Build, test, and deploy global email campaigns using Pardot / Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring accurate targeting and timely delivery.
  • Refine approved technical content to maximise engagement across subject lines, messaging, and CTAs.
  • Monitor campaign results, run A/B tests, and use data to continuously improve performance understanding the "what, why and how" behind success and engagement levels.
  • Ensuring all communications are prepared and delivered in line with brand guidelines, free from errors and on time.
  • Schedule and publish content on LinkedIn and other business channels to support wider campaigns
  • Experience & Skills
  • Previous experience in B2B environments with hands on involvement of building carrying out email campaigns.
  • Confidence in using email or marketing automation tools such as Pardot, Mailchimp, HubSpot or similar. Use of working on Salesforce Marketing Cloud would be advantageous but not essential.
  • Ability to interpret campaign performance and recommend improvements based on results.
  • Able to manage multiple campaigns, follow processes, and meet deadlines within a busy global marketing calendar
  • Some experience supporting professional social channels (primarily LinkedIn), with understanding that this is a smaller part of the role
