About the role

As an Applied Performance Specialist, you are a primary point of contact for the customers assigned to you. You lead their onboarding and deployment, get performance, sports science and medical staff genuinely proficient in iP, and provide the ongoing support that keeps them successful on the platform. You will handle technical configuration, manage support across your account portfolio and work alongside Performance Strategists on the accounts you share. This is a UK-based role covering accounts across the UK and Europe. The role is support-focused at its core - you will be in Intercom, running training sessions, solving configuration problems and making sure customers can do what they need to do in iP. The expectation is that as you build platform knowledge and customer relationships, you take on greater account ownership and grow toward a Senior APS role.
