Required Qualifications - 5-8 years of professional experience in Data Engineer, backend engineering, or platform engineering - Strong Python skills with real production experience - Hands-on experience building or maintaining backend services (REST APIs, microservices) - Working knowledge of data engineering concepts (ETL, pipelines, data validation) - Experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS or Azure) - Familiarity with CI/CD tooling and release automation - Experience with Docker and container orchestration (Kubernetes preferred) - Solid Linux fundamentals and troubleshooting skills
