To support day-to-day operations of the India and South Asia team, especially in the context of the integration of Centre for Fourth Industrial Revolution (C4IR Mumbai) into the broader Centre for Region, Trade and Geopolitics (CRTG) The role is primarily internally focused and will play a critical role in ensuring effective coordination, planning, project management and execution across the CRTG South Asia team's portfolio. Reporting line and how is this role embedded in the wider team? The role will report to Head, Regional Agenda, India and South Asia. They will work closely with colleagues in Geneva and Mumbai, and collaborate regularly with other colleagues across the Forum, including teams responsible for events, business engagement, communications, and thematic initiatives. The position will support coordination with external stakeholders when required but is primarily focused on internal operations and execution. What will you be responsible for? Team operations and coordination (60%) Project management and execution support (10%) Knowledge management and research support (10%) Events and internal stakeholder coordination (20%) What core knowledge, skills and experience are we looking to add to our team? Domain Knowledge and Experience Bachelor's degree in business administration, international relations, political science, economics, public policy or a related field. Prior relevant professional experience in project coordination, operations, administration, events, consulting, public policy or a related field. Core Skills Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong organizational and project management capabilities. Ability to coordinate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders. Reliability in execution and follow-through. Quality of written materials, presentations and reporting outputs. Experience working with CRM systems, project management tools or stakeholder databases, such as Salesforce, Slack etc, is an advantage. Why join us?
