Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end strategy, deployment, and optimization of sophisticated multi-domain solutions across SD-Access, SD-WAN, and Routing & Switching for strategic customers.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience with 9 years overall experience.
- Experience architecting, deploying, and optimizing enterprise-scale Cisco networks.
- Experience crafting and troubleshooting Enterprise solutions with deep expertise in Routing & Switching (BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, MPLS/Segment Routing, VXLAN/LISP, multicast, segmentation).
- Experience with software programmability, automation, orchestration, and AIOps (Python, Ansible, Terraform, CI/CD, NETCONF/YANG, REST APIs).
- An understanding of multi-vendor environments, including DC/Nexus technologies
- CCIE certification (Enterprise Infrastructure or equivalent).
- Active CCNP certification with DevNet (DevOps) specialization as a plus.
- Specialized domain expertise (e.g., Healthcare, BFSI, Public Sector, Service Provider).
- A track record of leading multi-million-dollar engagements and sophisticated transformation programs.
- Strong executive communication, mentorship, and thought-leadership skills; experience facilitating design workshops, leading technical conversations, and contributing to industry forums.
- Strategic approach with business and financially savvy to articulate solution value to executive technical buyers.
- Experience in technical documentation, including the creation of High-Level Designs (HLD), Low-Level Designs (LLD), and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports.
- Proven capability to build and maintain strong working relationships with project partners and collaborators.
- Ability to solve sophisticated network issues independently while leading fast paced situations.
- Fluency in Mandarin is preferred to manage and support our customers in the Greater China region.
