About the role
We are a fast-growing gaming company looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our team. Job Responsibilities Act as the primary HR point of contact for assigned business leaders, providing practical and balanced HR guidance while ensuring a strong understanding of business strategy and effective implementation of HR practices Partner with team leaders and management on workforce planning, organisational development, and key people-related matters Support and advise on HR policies, employment practices, and employee relations issues Collaborate with Heads of Department to develop and execute people plans aligned with business strategy Proactively identify people risks and development needs, and recommend and implement effective solutions Coach managers on performance management, effective feedback, and leadership capability development Lead performance review cycles and support continuous performance management processes Drive the implementation of company-wide HR and people initiatives Champion and promote company culture and values through the planning and execution of cultural programmes and initiatives. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above in any field; a background in Psychology would be an added advantage. Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with exposure to HR business partnering or employee relations. Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders. Experience supporting multiple stakeholders across operational environments. Familiarity with Singapore employment regulations and HR practices. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across functions.
