- ATS platforms and recruitment analytics
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience recruiting across Europe (local + international hiring)
Requirements
- Experience hiring for technology, engineering, or professional services roles
- Background in scaling teams for fast-growing organizations
- Employer branding and campus hiring experience
- Multilingual skills (English required; Dutch preferred)
- Experience with relocation and visa sponsorship processes
- Data-driven recruitment optimization experience
- Exposure to global or EMEA hiring strategies
