Responsibilities
- Assist the Accounting Manager with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and treasury management
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including cash flow monitoring and reconciliations of both fiat and digital assets
- Support the development, implementation, and improvement of accounting systems, processes, and tools to increase accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with external auditors and advisors; assist with audit preparation and ongoing audit support
- Help develop, monitor, and report on the company's operating budget
- Provide financial insights and analysis to support key business decisions
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and support internal and external reporting requirements
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline and automate financial processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- CPA designation preferred but not required.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Strong attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
- Effective communicator with the ability to work well in a team.
- Familiarity with blockchain, crypto, or fintech industries is a plus but not required.
