- Support cross-functional collaboration with mapping, engineering, and data teams on venue-related product improvements
Requirements
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time and have a valid passport. Nights and/or weekends are occasionally required for event support.
- 2-4 years of experience in program management, operations, or a related field
- SQL proficiency (basic to intermediate) - comfortable querying datasets, interpreting dashboards, and doing ad-hoc analysis in tools like Mode
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through; you complete what you start and document what you did
- Clear, proactive communicator who keeps stakeholders informed without being prompted
- Comfortable reprioritizing in a fast-paced environment based on urgency and business need
- Familiarity with project tracking tools (e.g., Jira) and Google Suite
- Based in or able to work from Toronto; knowledge of local market context a plus
