Responsibilities

  • Mentorship: Take an active role in the professional development of junior designers, providing regular 1:1 creative guidance and technical coaching.

  • 3D, Touch Designer or Cavalry experience is a significant bonus.
  • Proven ability to integrate AI-driven tools into a professional creative workflow.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver feedback sensitively and professionally.
  • English proficiency for collaboration with the global DEPT® team.

As a Senior Motion Designer, you are a visual leader and a dedicated mentor. As well as execution, you'll define the look and feel of campaigns and help others do the same.
