Job Location SANTIAGO GENERAL OFFICE Job Description Location: Santiago de Chile, Chile Work Hours: Flexible working hours (25, 30, 35 or 40 hours weekly) Profile: Active undergraduate student in Chile with a background in Engineering, Marketing, Finance or Business Administration. The P&G Chile Internship program offers promising undergraduates the opportunity to grow as business leaders by stepping into the shoes of a P&Ger for a minimum of 6 months at our office located in Santiago de Chile, Chile. You will join one of our departments - Brand Management, Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, Sales, or Product Supply - and work on projects during your internship. Some of your tasks will be: Work on key projects that you will own, lead, and deliver from Day 1 Collaborate with a diverse team of P&Gers from various backgrounds, nationalities, and markets Develop innovative approaches to big problems using creativity and teamwork Receive continuous coaching and mentorship from your manager and colleagues Contribute to a dynamic and respectful work environment Job Qualifications We are looking for a student who: Is an active undergraduate student in Chile with 6-12 months left to graduate. Has written and spoken proficiency in Spanish and English. Displays strong teamwork, analytical skills, problem solving and an end-goal oriented attitude. Is driven to overcome barriers or setbacks to consistently deliver strong results. Shows strong passion to continuously learn new things and grow as a professional.
