- What we expect from you:

- Experience in leading hunter-type sales, with a focus on new business acquisition.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset - you are comfortable using data to guide decisions and develop sales activities.
- You have solid technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel), and a good understanding of utilizing modern sales tools and AI.
- A strategic mindset combined with a results-driven, growth-oriented approach.
- The courage to challenge conventional thinking and bring fresh perspectives.
- Experience in logistics or related industries is an advantage.
- Fluency in both Finnish and English is required.
