Quality Assurance Executive

About the role

Job Responsibilities: Assist in managing the performance and results of Quality Control and Assurance functions. Assist in leading, and mentoring Quality team to ensure productive and high-performance work environment. Develop, Implement, monitor and/or improve Quality framework and Standard Operating Procedures Implement and uphold food safety and hygiene standards; risk assessments; quality specifications; documentation and procedures to comply with SFA, FSSC 22000, HACCP etc statutory requirements and company policies Drive projects and initiatives to ensure compliance with Food Quality, Safety & Hygiene standards and requirements Support production team to trouble-shoot and resolve any product quality issues Ensure that all food safety, quality related and non-compliance issues are investigated and corrective measures are implemented and adhered to. Lead and coordinate internal/external quality audits with relevant parties Prepare Quality and Performance reports for submission to Senior Management Conduct Food Safety & Hygiene and HACCP related training to blue collared factory employees. Job Requirements: Good understanding of SFA, FSSC / ISO 22K, GMP , HACCP , and other food related requirements and regulations in Singapore Hands on experience in similar industry setting Good understanding of food safety, health and environmental safety audit requirements. Education, Experience & Training Diploma/ Degree in Food Science/ Technology or equivalent At least 3 years of experience in the Food Manufacturing / Food Production industry Strong leadership, analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
