Damage details are shared virtually with the team and the primary responsibility for the team member is to accurately update the details into the tools and systems and maintain high levels of accuracy when updating data fields. This would require the resource to have a good understanding of the types of the homes and the material(s) used in the exterior and interior of the home & surrounding dwellings.
