Job Summary: As a PayPal Paid Media Marketing Manager within the Consumer Marketing organization, you will play a key role in bringing PayPal's mission and value to life for consumers. As a full-funnel marketer, you'll use data and insights to understand customer needs, identify opportunities, and build campaigns that drive awareness, consideration, and conversion. This role requires strong analytical thinking, creativity, and collaboration across teams including analytics, brand, legal, martech, and media agencies. You will lead and optimize paid media campaigns across the funnel, balancing brand and performance goals to drive growth. The ideal candidate is organized, accountable, and influential, with a proven track record of delivering effective campaigns and strong knowledge of the UK market, including media channels and audience behavior.
