Responsibilities

  • Review product requirements and sales orders in ERP
  • Study drawings, specifications, and project documents
  • Create and maintain BOMs, routings, and item masters in ERP
  • Release drawings and work orders to production
  • Plan and monitor production schedules (MS Project / similar tools)
  • Calculate material requirements considering current inventory

  • Experience & Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years as Production Planner in manufacturing
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical / production engineering
  • Ability to read engineering drawings
  • Knowledge of fabrication, machining, welding processes
  • ERP systems & MS Office proficiency
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD
  • Basic knowledge of ISO standards (9001/14001/45001)
  • Data analysis & reporting (Excel / Power BI preferred)
  • Strong communication & coordination skills
  • Problem-solving mindset
  • Self-driven and result-oriented
  • Team player with multitasking ability
  • High discipline, punctuality, and safety mindset
  • Key KPIs:
  • On-Time Delivery (OTD) > 90%
  • Inventory / Net Working Capital control
  • Cost optimization (COGS reduction)

Additional Information

Role Purpose: This person will be responsible to coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Production, Quality, Purchase, Stores, Logistics, Engineering, etc.) to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders through effective planning and execution. This person will report to the Planning Manager.
