About the role: As a Trust & Safety Operations Executive, you will play a critical role in safeguarding our platform and users from fraud, harassment, and other risks. This role requires keen analytical skills, sound judgment, and the ability to enforce policies while maintaining excellent communication with users and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Monitor & Investigate: Review and analyze reported content, user activities, and potential violations, ensuring compliance with platform policies. Policy Enforcement: Take appropriate actions, such as warnings, content removal, account suspensions, or bans, based on policy violations. User Communication: Investigate incidents by calling users who violated policies, clearly explaining the actions taken, and guiding them on how to comply moving forward. Trend Analysis: Identify patterns related to fraud, hate speech, harassment, and other safety concerns to enhance policy effectiveness. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with verification teams, customer support, and sales to ensure consistent enforcement of trust & safety policies. Process & Policy Improvement: Contribute to refining guidelines, workflows, and best practices to continuously improve the safety of our platform. Performance Excellence: Meet productivity and quality benchmarks set by the management team. Qualification: Bachelor's degree or relevant diploma in a related field. Experience in Trust & Safety, Content Moderation, or Risk Management is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially when handling policy violations with users. Ability to work independently and make quick, informed decisions under pressure. Proficiency in Google Suite/Microsoft Office tools. Other details: Laptop/Desktop with stable internet & power back-up required Open to Office / Hybrid / WFH Immediate joiners preferred
