As a Senior Account Executive at Prophix, you will own and grow a defined territory focused on Core Mid-Market organizations across Australia, driving new business and expanding relationships within our existing customer base. You will work closely with pre-sales, inside sales, and services teams to guide prospects through a consultative buying journey - from first conversation to signed contract. Your impact will be felt directly in revenue growth, market share expansion, and the long-term success of customers who rely on Prophix to transform their financial performance. What You Will Do Own the full sales cycle across a defined territory, from lead identification and qualification through to negotiation and close, with a focus on Core Mid-Market accounts Sell Prophix's CPM software and related services, identifying opportunities to cross-sell multiple products to both new prospects and the existing customer base Generate and qualify a healthy pipeline by leveraging inside sales partnerships, outbound prospecting, business networks, and vendor selection processes Collaborate closely with pre-sales and services teams to deliver compelling, technically credible sales engagements that address each buyer's specific needs Partner with a dedicated inside sales resource to maximize market penetration and ensure consistent lead flow across your territory Engage senior decision-makers and navigate complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes, applying structured qualification frameworks such as MEDDICC or MEDDPICC to advance deals with precision Build and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships that support retention, expansion, and long-term customer success Stay current on competitive products, market trends, and Prophix's evolving capabilities to clearly articulate our differentiation in every conversation What You Will Bring We hire for potential as much as experience. Required Qualifications 5-10 years of field sales experience in software sales with exposure to Business Intelligence, Corporate Performance Management (CPM), and/or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions Demonstrated experience applying qualification frameworks such as MEDDICC or MEDDPICC throughout the sales cycle Proven ability to navigate complex buying processes, engage multiple stakeholders, and close full-cycle software deals with senior decision-makers Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a defined territory sales model Comfortable using AI tools responsibly to support tasks such as research, drafting, and data review Able to learn new tools and adapt as technology and workflows evolve. Collaborative mindset when working across teams Must have the right to work in Australia without sponsorship Preferred Qualifications Experience selling to Finance, FP&A, or Office of the CFO buyers with an understanding of budgeting, forecasting, or financial reporting workflows Salesforce, Gong (or comparable CRM) proficiency, including forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and opportunity management Track record of building and progressing greenfield territory or named-account plans in a competitive CPM/ERP/BI landscape Experience selling against or alongside partner ecosystems (e.g. ERP implementation partners, systems integrators, accounting firms) Familiarity with the ANZ mid-market or enterprise software buying environment Demonstrated ability to run a multi-stakeholder sales cycle from discovery through close What Success Looks Like 30 days: You know our platform, our customers, and how your team operates.
