Responsibilities
- Day-to-day in this role you'll:
- Own campaign execution: Create, implement, and optimize advertising campaigns in Wolt's internal tools, ensuring high-quality execution at pace and in line with the local marketing calendar.
- Drive Discover initiatives: Manage and improve app content, promotions, affordability incentives, and other discovery-related initiatives to increase visibility, engagement, and commercial impact.

- Optimize venue activation: Identify opportunities to improve venue penetration and attach rates, helping more partners make effective use of Wolt's advertising and promotional solutions.
- Use data to improve performance: Analyze campaign results, track key metrics, and turn insights into clear recommendations for improving revenue, engagement, and partner performance.
- Coordinate across teams: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Merchant Services, and Strategy & Operations to ensure smooth execution of campaigns, launches, and local initiatives.
- Lead initiatives end-to-end: Take ownership of projects and daily operations with minimal guidance, balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Support key local launches: Contribute to strategic projects such as affordability initiatives and breakfast launches, helping define opportunities and drive execution in the Greek market.
- Our humble expectations
- Around 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, advertising, strategy and operations, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to work with data, identify trends, and turn insights into clear recommendations.
- Confident working with Excel; experience with tools like Looker or Power BI is a plus.
- Good understanding of e-commerce, promotions, and digital advertising, with an interest in how campaigns drive business impact.
- Structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and ownership-driven, with the ability to lead initiatives end-to-end with minimal guidance.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Marketing, Merchant Services, and Strategy & Operations teams.
- Fluent in Greek and English.
