HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS 1. Experience independently conducting EEO intakes and preparing EEO products, including Counselor Reports and legally sufficient Accept/Dismiss letters, in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and procedures. 2. Handles sensitive topics and non-routine issues confidentially, exercising discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment. 3. Ability to prepare required reports, including the Form 462, and generate ad hoc data-driven reports to support program analysis and decision-making.
