Business Development Director, Solution Sales CH- m/f/d (R-19082)

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience managing and growing large, complex enterprise customers
• Experience in data, SaaS, or data ‑ driven solution environments is a strong advantage
• Proven ability to sell complex solutions in regulated and governance ‑ heavy environments
• Strong expertise in Finance & Risk Solutions, Third Party Risk, Compliance & regulatory frameworks, and risk & governance topics
• Extensive experience engaging with C ‑ level executives and positioning AI ‑ driven and advanced data solutions at executive and board level
• Skilled in MEDDICC methodology and Challenger Sales (or comparable sales methodologies)
• Strong proficiency in CRM systems (ideally Salesforce) and analytics tools
• Highly autonomous, proactive, and execution ‑ driven ("runs independently")
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across business, technical, and executive levels
• Fluency in German and English; French or Italian is a strong plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
