Responsibilities

  • Work on modern data platforms, analytics solutions, process automation and emerging AI-enabled capabilities across multiple business domains
  • Work independently to develop advanced analytical and data engineering solutions supporting data analysis and ad-hoc insights.
  • Design, build and maintain scalable, cloud-native data platforms and pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
  • Build and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using modern cloud-native services.

  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship, ensuring adherence to established engineering standards and quality procedures.

  • Take ownership of data solutions throughout their lifecycle, from requirements gathering and development to deployment and continuous improvement.
  • Explore and implement modern data, automation and AI technologies to improve operational efficiency, data quality and decision-making

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Mathematics, Statistics or a related quantitative field.
  • 4+ years of experience in the field of data analytics;
  • Proven experience designing and delivering data engineering solutions in AWS environments.
  • Strong SQL expertise and programming skills (Python / PySpark preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT, distributed processing and modern data architecture patterns.
  • Strong understanding of integration patterns and secure data handling practices.
  • Experience working in Agile, cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical thinking, ownership mindset and ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
