Requirements
- Strong Linux skills and system engineering skills. Solana validator skills are very welcome.
- Fluency in English ( Deutsch ist ein Plus )
- Proven ability to design and critically think about system architecture
- Background in Computer Science/Distributed Systems, or equivalent work experience
- Willingness to travel once in a while to meet the team in person and visit conferences

Tasks What you would do Operate validator node, ensuring the stability, security and efficiency of our Solana infrastructure & operations, with tasks including, but not limited to Ensure continuous operation of our Solana systems, perform updates Monitoring and performance tuning Ability to proactively seek new avenues for extending and speeding up setup in the Solana ecosystem Automate node deployment, operations via Ansible and Terraform Collaborate with traders, to help them with infrastructure performance Be involved in the communication with our partners Be part of our on-call duty rotation Learn, grow and peek beyond your current role
