We are looking for an entrepreneurial operator to build and scale out a world class portfolio of recruiting firms. As an account manager for our supply-side, you'll act as a trusted advisor to business owners - helping them optimize their Paraform usage, improve day-to-day operations, and identify opportunities to grow revenue and performance. This is one of the most cross-functional, high-leverage roles at Paraform. You'll work directly with our top agencies to design new systems, and drive liquidity across the marketplace. What we look for: 4 - 8 years of experience working closely with customers and owning revenue execution across account management or startup operations Experience in customer-facing post-sales or operations roles Experience owning a revenue target (not just retention) Early stage startup experience series A to pre-IPO Top university or top GPA
