Responsibilities

  • Assemble and test hardware products in accordance with documented work instructions and procedures
  • Install and configure software based on order and configuration requirements
  • Inspect incoming materials and components for quality, defects, and specification compliance

Requirements

  • Education
  • Associate degree or relevant technical training (electronics, engineering technology, or similar)
  • 0-1 year of experience in a production, manufacturing, or technical environment
  • Electromechanical assembly, box build, or basic PCB/programming experience is a plus
  • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Basic understanding of electronics and experience using electronic test equipment
  • Mechanical aptitude with familiarity working on computer-based or hardware systems
  • Prior experience in a test, lab, or technical production environment preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy
  • Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with consistency and precision
  • Reliable, team-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Self-motivated with a strong focus on safety, process adherence, and results
  • Additional Requirements
  • Valid driver's license
  • U.S. Citizenship required due to government and defense-related work
