Responsibilities

Requirements
- Education
- Associate degree or relevant technical training (electronics, engineering technology, or similar)
- 0-1 year of experience in a production, manufacturing, or technical environment
- Electromechanical assembly, box build, or basic PCB/programming experience is a plus
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Basic understanding of electronics and experience using electronic test equipment
- Mechanical aptitude with familiarity working on computer-based or hardware systems
- Prior experience in a test, lab, or technical production environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with consistency and precision
- Reliable, team-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities
- Self-motivated with a strong focus on safety, process adherence, and results
- Additional Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- U.S. Citizenship required due to government and defense-related work
