Commercial System Specialist

In this role, you will act as a key link between commercial teams, data, and technology, enabling data-driven decision-making and strengthening commercial execution through CRM, analytics, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize CRM and commercial systems to ensure high performance and data quality
• Develop dashboards and generate insights to support strategic decisions
• Monitor adoption and correct use of tools across commercial teams
• Deliver actionable analyses on sales performance, pipeline, and opportunities
• Lead training initiatives and foster a data-driven culture
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and efficiency

Requirements

• Experience in CRM, Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, or Commercial Analytics
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Knowledge of tools such as Power BI, Excel, and CRM systems (Dynamics or similar)
• Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working with cross-functional teams
• Clear communicator with a continuous improvement mindset
