We're looking for an experienced WhatsApp Product Manager to join our team in London, United Kingdom. In this role, you will drive the strategic vision and execution of WhatsApp's product initiatives, working across a global organization to deliver innovative messaging solutions that impact billions of users worldwide. You will combine visionary thinking with analytical rigor to shape the future of communication technology. Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for WhatsApp features and capabilities Conduct user research and analyze customer insights to identify market opportunities and user needs Develop detailed product requirements and specifications, working closely with design and engineering teams Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including engineering, design, marketing, and business teams to deliver products on schedule Analyze product metrics, user behavior data, and market trends to inform data-driven decision making Manage the product development lifecycle from conception through launch and post-launch optimization Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to validate product hypotheses and improve user engagement Prioritize features and initiatives based on business impact, user value, and technical feasibility Communicate product updates and progress to leadership and key stakeholders Stay informed about competitive landscape, industry trends, and emerging technologies in messaging and communication platforms Advocate for user needs and ensure product decisions align with user experience best practices Required Qualifications: 5+ years of product management experience, preferably with messaging platforms or communication applications Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing product strategy and roadmaps Strong analytical skills with proficiency in interpreting product metrics and user data Experience conducting user research and translating customer insights into product decisions Proven ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, design, and business teams Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Strategic thinking with the ability to balance short-term execution and long-term vision Experience with product analytics tools and A/B testing frameworks
