The intern will serve as the first point of contact for subscribers, managing customer support communications and engaging with fans in a professional and consistent manner. The role is most active on game nights, during which the intern will monitor the platform throughout live broadcasts, manage real-time fan outreach, and assist in resolving issues as they arise. Beyond game nights, the intern will track subscription and platform data and report on the state of the service, working closely with Panthers personnel and ViewLift, the partner that powers PanthersPlus. This position provides valuable professional experience in live streaming operations, customer experience, and broadcast technology within a professional sports environment.
