This role focuses on facilitating team practices and events, supporting team structure and governance, managing risks and dependencies, and promoting continuous improvement and value delivery. Working collaboratively with stakeholders, the Delivery Manager helps guide teams through agile transformation and builds capability across people and processes. The position values strong experience in agile delivery and project management, along with a collaborative mindset, commitment to learning, and a focus on creating an inclusive, high-performing team environment that consistently delivers outcomes. A bit about you The ideal candidate brings a solid foundation in business, engineering, or IT, along with recognised project management certification and practical experience applying agile ways of working. They demonstrate strong capability in managing complex projects, improving processes, and navigating change within technology-driven environments. With well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills, they can translate complexity into clear actions, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and build trusted, collaborative relationships. They are comfortable working with project tools, guiding teams, resolving risks and issues, and influencing outcomes across functions, while fostering an inclusive, adaptable, and continuously improving team environment.
