Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented TA cum HR Admin Executive to support our in-house recruitment and basic HR administrative operations. This role will mainly focus on talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, candidate sourcing, interview arrangement, onboarding support, and HR documentation. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up environment, able to multitask, and willing to take ownership of recruitment-related tasks. Handle end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer follow-up. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, recruitment agencies, and other hiring channels. Conduct initial screening to assess candidates' suitability, salary expectations, notice period, and availability. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain recruitment tracker and candidate database. Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding documents. Support new joiner onboarding and ensure a smooth candidate experience. Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and recruitment priorities. Support basic HR documentation, filing, and employee record maintenance. Assist with onboarding arrangements and HR administrative matters. Coordinate with vendors or service providers when required. Support ad-hoc HR/admin tasks assigned by management.
