9am - 6pm, Mon - Fri Rochor/ Bugis Main Responsibilities The incumbent will support the Student Services Division in the execution of student programmes, administrative processes, and day-to-day operations. The role focuses on operational assistance, coordination, and administrative support to ensure smooth delivery of services. Key Duties 1. Student Activities/Event Support - Assist in the coordination and execution of student activities and events. - Provide logistical support (e.g., venue set-up, registrations, attendance tracking, materials preparation). - Liaise with internal teams and vendors for event arrangements. - Support post-event tasks such as feedback collection and simple reporting. 2. Scholarships and Bursaries Administration Support - Assist in administrative tasks related to scholarships and bursaries (e.g., data entry, document collation, tracking). - Support communication with applicants and stakeholders where required. - Help maintain accurate records and ensure proper filing of documents. - Assist with basic processing tasks to ensure timely updates. 3. General Administrative Support - Provide administrative assistance such as scheduling meetings, preparing simple documents, and maintaining records. - Support preparation of reports, presentations, and simple data compilation. - Assist with procurement, finance tracking, or budget documentation where needed. 4. Other Duties - Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support the division's operations.
