Senior Architectural Coordinator

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Architect or equivalent
• 5 years relevant working experience in Architectural coordination; relevant architectural field in the construction supervision of architectural works for projects of similar scale and complexity, and of high-rise buildings of at least 100m height.
• Experienced in managing interfaces for design and construction of high-rise building and projects within/adjacent to railway protection zones and shall also be familiar with the design approval process and TFP / TOP process.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Description: Attend technical meeting/site meetings with consultants, and provide technical solutions Study drawings and coordinate architectural works with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues Ensure architectural works are carried out according to specifications / drawings Inform Project Director / Project Manager on any technical / site problems pertaining to architectural works; Supervise the progress of architectural works on site Coordination of sub-contractor's architectural work and ensuring the work is on schedule
