Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Instructional Systems Design, Adult Learning, Learning & Development, HR or a related discipline
• Experience influencing senior leaders/stakeholders
• Experience using business metrics and training data to track, trend, and manage the impact of training efforts
• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience with adult learning instructional design methods and best practices
• PhD, or Master's degree
• Experience creating and implementing large-scale programs
• Experience building cross-functional partnerships and influencing stakeholders across the organization to act without having a direct reporting relationship
• Demonstrated proficiency in assessing training effectiveness and ROI to stakeholders and leaders

Key job responsibilities - Define the needs of the business in partnership with HRBPs, business leaders, and peer leadership development leaders - Creatively design and deliver leadership development programs for several core Amazon businesses - Evaluate current programs for effectiveness and relevancy and develop a roadmap for iteration, deprecation and/or creation of future programs. - Raise the bar on our training experiences by measuring the impact and seeking customer feedback to determine areas for improvement - Building development experiences with an inclusive, global mindset A day in the life You are a critical player in developing and delivering experiences which enlighten, educate, and inspire the world's most talented leaders.
