Requirements

• You'll be a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys working at scale, influencing decisions and making a tangible impact through insight and leadership.
• Proven experience in a compliance, risk, or regulatory role.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance practices.
• Experience in compliance reporting and audit management.
• Understanding of commercial and business compliance risks.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Professional certifications (e.g., ICA, CRCM, CAMS, or equivalent).
• Confidence working with large, interconnected data sets, translating complexity into clear, actionable recommendations for decisionmakers.
• A decisive, resilient approach - able to prioritise, manage competing demands and deliver under pressure.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and challenge stakeholders across finance and the wider business.
• A curious, forward-thinking mindset - someone who challenges the status quo, looks for better ways of working and brings fresh thinking to complex problems.
• It is great if you have experience in a regulated environment such as utilities, infrastructure or public sector - or a genuine interest in developing this experience.
