The Piping, Valve & Vessel Supervisor works within the Field Engineering & Supervision team and ensures that construction activities in the piping, valve and pressure vessel discipline are executed in full compliance with project requirements - safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards. The role requires strong site presence and close collaboration with EPC Contractors and Subcontractors. - Lead by example on HSE: promote safety commitment across all Contractor and Subcontractor teams and enforce compliance with project HSE requirements. - Ensure construction activities (piping systems, valves, pressure vessels) are executed in accordance with project specifications, technical codes, and approved construction procedures. - Maintain close coordination with EPC Contractor to prepare, monitor, and report on construction progress up to sub-system handover to Commissioning. - Participate in quality surveillance programmes and inspect works per discipline as directed by approved Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs). - Support the resolution of technical issues in liaison with the discipline Superintendent; escalate potential schedule or cost impacts without delay. - Validate construction progress reporting; attend construction planning meetings to anticipate and resolve technical conflicts. - Assist in developing execution plans, method statements, and construction procedures aligned with project strategies. - Gather and share lessons learned across the project team. - Education: A degree/diploma qualification or equivalent in related discipline field and/or Oil & Gas construction projects. - Minimum of 10 years of practical experience in Piping Vessel Oil & Gas industrial plants, with good knowledge of relevant specifications, and technical codes and standards. - Solid knowledge of Project execution best practices, gained during former experience on projects of similar size, - Analytical, rigorous, aimed at results, with the ability to adapt to changing constraints, - Good interpersonal communications in an international environment, - Understanding of areas critical to the success of large complex projects: safety, environmental, work organization, cost, schedule, quality, organizational competency, and reputational risk. - Strong HSE culture and safety leadership, effective communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence critical decisions. - Strong English written and verbal communication skills required.
