About the role

  • Refine and maintain a multi-year ERP roadmap balancing business demand, technical health, risk mitigation, and modernization initiatives.
  • Oversee ERP development, configuration, integration, testing, and production support activities across the enterprise.
  • Establish governance standards for scope, quality, change control, system reliability, security, data integrity, and compliance.
  • Partner with business executives and functional leaders to translate strategic objectives into scalable ERP-enabled solutions.
  • Manage ERP-related budgets, forecasts, vendor relationships, and service-level agreements.
  • Set clear objectives and performance expectations for ERP leaders and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 8-10+ years of progressive experience in ERP systems, enterprise applications, or business systems leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated success leading ERP portfolios or large-scale ERP environments in complex organizations.
  • Proven leadership of ERP implementations, upgrades, or transformation initiatives (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Experience managing leaders and senior professionals across ERP delivery and business systems functions.
  • Strong executive communication, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
