This position is in the Office of Enforcement and Compliance Assurance (OECA), Office of Criminal Enforcement, Forensics and Training, Office of National Enforcement Investigations Center, Operations Branch. About: OECA This is an office-centered position--you must physically report to the duty station stated in this announcement on a regular basis. NOTE: You must meet qualification requirements by the closing date of this announcement. To qualify for the GS-15 level, you must have 1 year of full-time* specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-14 level defined as planning, organizing, directing, or evaluating an environmental or administrative program; leading the performance of a team; and managing budget, quality assurance, information technology, and human resources issues. You will need the following competencies in order to perform the duties of this position successfully: Organizational Awareness Planning and Evaluating* Administration and Management* Coaching and Developing Others Interpersonal Skills Decision Making Critical Thinking* Oral Communication *You will be evaluated on these critical competencies.
