  • The hourly pay range for this position is $20.50 - $27.50

The role provides hands-on exposure to business operations, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration in a global environment. How you will make an impact: Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across PMO, operations, and service delivery teams Maintain project schedules, action items, and documentation to enable delivery transparency Update and standardize project documentation, playbooks, and process materials Produce reports, dashboards, and trackers that surface operational metrics and project status Collect, validate, and analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities Document workflows and contribute to process improvement initiatives Contribute ideas and insights during team meetings and operational discussions The must haves: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Operations, or a related field (in progress) Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel for data tracking and reporting, PowerPoint for presentations, and Word for documentation Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines concurrently Written and verbal communication skills applied in a professional environment Attention to detail applied to documentation, data, and reporting activities Initiative and ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment Collaboration across teams to build effective working relationships Comfort working with data to support reporting and operational visibility
