About the role

The Sr. Product Manager, Data & Integrations, is a key strategic role responsible for defining and leading PetDesk's integrations and data product strategy. This position exists to bridge critical gaps in industry knowledge and corporate customer communication, particularly concerning the PIMS landscape and US-based client needs. The core mission is to manage the roadmap for all data products, including APIs, connectors, partner reporting, and internal tools, ensuring the platform is both powerful and scalable. By providing strategic guidance and execution of the roadmap, this role will add value for existing customers, balance technical debt, and drive competitive features in the market. Key accomplishments include increasing integration adoption, reducing overall support effort, and successfully completing the migration to new API/Integration infrastructure. The PM will operationalize data for product teams and internal stakeholders, translating customer and partner needs into clear product requirements and scalable data flows. Candidates must be available to work standard U.S. Eastern Time hours to ensure effective collaboration with distributed teams and external partners.
