You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (LABOR AND EMPLOYEE RELATIONS) in the HUMAN CAPITAL MANGEMENT GROUP, LABOR AND EMPLOYEE RELATIONS DEPARTMENT of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (DA-04) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate duties related to the following: 1) Providing advisory services to management on employee and labor relations matters; 2) Interpreting and applying personnel laws, regulations, policies, and procedures to resolve complex workforce issues; 3) Developing recommendations and courses of action related to employee conduct, performance, grievances, appeals, or disciplinary matters; 4) Representing management in labor-management relations activities, including negotiations, contract administration, or dispute resolution; and 5) Drafting disciplinary letters, i.e. Letters of Caution, Reprimand, Suspension, Removal in consultation with and on behalf of management and develops case files.
