Having spent years at the frontier of consumer crypto-converting human attention into millions of onchain actions-our client possesses a powerful engine of distribution, incentive coordination, and proof of action. As agents evolve into economic actors capable of reasoning, holding value, and responding to incentives, this established infrastructure serves as an unfair advantage to capture the emerging agentic economy. br> br>Our client is seeking a visionary strong>Head of Product /strong> to own the product vision and strategy. This individual will transition a fast-moving thesis into high-scale products utilized by both humans and agents. Operating as a peer to the executive leadership team, the successful candidate will build and scale the product function from scratch. This role is designed for a strategic leader who maintains a builder s mindset and is eager to execute at the ground level. br> br> strong>Key Responsibilities br> br> /strong> ul> li>Define Product Strategy: Establish the vision, direction, and product roadmap for the agentic economy; ruthlessly prioritize what to build and what to decline /li> li>Adapt Core Infrastructure: Transform our client s existing onchain distribution and incentive engines into products optimized for autonomous agents /li> li>Drive User Acquisition: Identify and execute strategic wedges that onboard the next wave of human and agent participants into the ecosystem /li> li>Execute Rapid Prototyping: Build minimum viable products (MVPs), test hypotheses swiftly, iterate based on real-world feedback, and scale successful initiatives /li> li>Establish Data-Driven Culture: Define key performance metrics, manage product lines from a P&L perspective, and guide product iterations through robust data analysis /li> li>Lead the Product Function: Navigate high ambiguity, manage full end-to-end product lifecycles, and eventually recruit and lead a world-class product team br> br> /li> /ul> strong>Requirements br> br> /strong> ul> li>Proven Product Leadership: Extensive experience turning strong product visions into scalable, real-world products with measurable adoption /li> li>Deep AI Fluency: Active engagement at the frontier of AI applications and agents.
